Lulu was a fluffy little llama on a sunny farm. Most days, Lulu was happy.

But sometimes, Lulu got MAD. When the goat took her hay, she got mad. When the rooster woke her up too early, she got mad.

And when Lulu got mad, she wanted to... SPIT! Ptooey!

One day, the sheep bumped into her by accident. Lulu felt the mad feeling bubbling up, up, up.

Grandma Llama saw. "Lulu, let's try something. Smell the flowers."

Lulu took a big breath in through her nose. Sniiiiiff.

"Now blow out the candles." Lulu blew out slowly. Whooooo.

"Again," said Grandma. Sniiiiiff. Whooooo.

The mad feeling got smaller. And smaller. And smaller.

"Sorry I bumped you," said the sheep.

"That's okay," said Lulu, and she meant it.

Now, whenever the mad feeling starts to bubble, Lulu smells the flowers and blows out the candles. It works every time.
